I am first and foremost an athlete advocate. I take the time to understand you as a person—your athletic and injury history, and what drives you to perform in all areas of your life. As a former All-American College Lacrosse player, I know the commitment and effort it takes to achieve success, both on and off the field.
I don’t subscribe to a one-size-fits-all approach. Health and injury aren’t uniform, so I tailor my treatment to each individual. I blend traditional physical assessments with motion capture, manual techniques, and pattern recognition, all while considering your sport, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we create a realistic plan to address the issues holding you back, with open and honest communication at the core of our partnership.
I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Drexel University and have experience at one of the nation’s top orthopedic firms. I stay active in the lacrosse community, continually advancing my own fitness with Olympic lifting, jiu jitsu and running. As a husband and father, you might catch me running around Boulder or riding at the local bike park with my kids. I’m committed to staying at the forefront of sports rehab, constantly learning to better serve my clients.

It is a spacious and open facility offering every imaginable amenity to enhance your strength, speed, and athletic performance. The facility boasts a wide range of weight configurations and includes a turf area specifically designed for speed and dynamic training.
